Uzbekistan has imported 689 electric vehicles in the amount of $13.8 million from 11 foreign countries from January through November of 2021, Trend reports referring to the Uzbek State Statistics Committee.
This figure increased by 592 units or 7 times compared to the corresponding period of the last year.
During this period, most electric vehicles were imported from China in the amount of 608 units.
The main countries that exported electric vehicles to Uzbekistan in 11 months of 2021 were: Turkey (24), USA (20), Lithuania (13), Germany (11), South Korea (5), Spain (2), Russia (2), Ukraine (2), UAE (1).
