The index of Uzbekistan's financial sector at the Uzbek Republican Stock Exchange reached 549.02 points on Jan.21, increasing by 13.87 points from Jan.20, Trend reports via the Exchange.
The figure for the industrial sector has fallen,settling at 10,176.2 points – a decrease of 46.3 points compared to the Jan.20 figure (10,222.50 points).
The figure for the construction sector has fallen to 6763.81 points on Jan.21 from 6831.07 points on Jan.20.
The index of the trade sector reached 13,349.6 points on Jan.21, increasing by 58.7 points compared to Jan.20 figure (13,290.90 points).
Uzbekistan's "Toshkent" republican stock exchange was formed in 1994, to help further expand economic reforms in the country, ensure protection of private property and development of business.
