Iran releases currency exchange rates for December 23

BAKU, Azerbaijan, December 23. The Central Bank of Iran (CBI) put up an official exchange rate for foreign currencies on December 23, Trend reports via the CBI.

According to the bank's currency exchange rate, 45 currencies experienced an upward trajectory relative to December 22.

As for CBI, $1 equals 562,235 rials, and one euro is 586,347 rials, while on December 22, one euro was 582,617.

The CBI adopted the SANA system for currency exchange offices, where one euro costs 684,449 rials and $1 costs 656,302 rials.

NIMA is a scheme for selling a percentage of the foreign money earned from exports.

The price of one euro in this system amounted to 665,806 rials, and the price of $1 totals 638,426 rials.

On the black market, $1 is worth about 764,000–767,000 rials, while one euro is about 797,000–800,000 rials.
