The ports of Turkey totally have handled over 1.18 million cars in the first seven months of 2021, the Turkish Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure told Trend.
According to the ministry, during the reporting period, ships have delivered 472,022 cars to Turkish ports.
"From January through July 2021, 716,691 cars have been sent from the ports of Turkey," the ministry said.
Totally, in July of this year the Turkish ports handled 145,316 cars.
“This month, Ro-Ro vessels have delivered 58,106 cars to the ports during the reporting month. At the same time, 87,210 cars were sent from the ports,” added the ministry.
