BAKU, Azerbaijan, November 13. Exports of Turkish steel products decreased by 32.6 percent and amounted to about $12.4 billion from January through October 2023 year-on-year, Trend reports.
"Türkiye exported steel products worth $1.3 billion in October of this year, which is 3.1 percent less than in October last year," the Turkish Ministry of Trade said.
In general, Türkiye has exported steel products worth $15 billion over the past 12 months (from October 2022 through October 2023).
Moreover, Türkiye's exports of steel products decreased by 34.9 percent and amounted to $11.1 billion from January through September 2023 year-on-year.
Türkiye exported steel products worth $1.4 billion in September this year, 21.4 percent less than in August last year.
