BAKU, Azerbaijan, January 7. Azerbaijan's Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic registered 10,880 real estate objects in 2023, 43.6 percent more than in 2022, the press office of the State Service for Property İssues under the Ministry of Economy of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic said, Trend reports.
According to the service's data, 3,684 real estate objects were registered for the first time, while 7,196 were re-registered.
During the reporting period, there were 4,249 private residential houses, 4,028 land plots, 1,902 apartments, 332 non-residential premises, 264 non-residential buildings, 101 enterprises as property complexes, and four multi-story residential buildings among the state-registered real estate objects.
In the fiscal year under review, 4,971 real estate objects were registered in Nakhchivan alone, accounting for 45.6 percent of the overall amount.
The Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic completed a technical inventory of 8,006 real estate objects throughout the year (a 40.3 percent increase).
For 3,418 of these objects, technical passports were created, and for 4,588, plans and land area information were submitted.
3,804 certificates of restrictions and encumbrances were issued from the State Real Estate Register, and information regarding 4,894 real estate items was submitted online to notary offices.
During this time period, there were 1,096 registered mortgage agreements.
