Eight people died and twelve were injured as a result of traffic accident in the Azerbaijai Tovuz region April 21.
"A bus of Mercedes brand driven by the Goranboy region resident Mahir Aliyev collided with another bus of similar brand driven by the Tovuz region resident Ziraddin Yusifov on Baku-Gazakh road April 21 at 07:20," - the Interior Ministry told Trend.
As a result of the collision the bus turned over, and eight passengers died. They are: Nizami Huseynov, Sevinj Omarova, Nurada Abdullayeva, Elvin Abdullayev (the Gazakh region resident), Georgian citizen Tahmina Gambarova, and the Turkish citizens - Bulent Kazım Ozan, Yashar Yardimchi and Bora Yardimchi.
Twelve passengers - Georgian citizens Nadir Osmanov, Esmira Gurbanova, Magomed Osmanov, the Gazakh region residents - Oksana Aliyeva, Mesme Aliyeva, Fariz Hojayev, his son, Farid, the Tovuz region residents - Goshgar Mehmanov, Gafar Masimov, the Ganja region resident Rzagulu Mammadov, Turkish citizens - Zohra Yardimchi and her son Burat Yardimchi with injuries of varying severity were taken to the hospital, said in the report.
"Condition of ten of them is satisfactory, two stable. Currently, the State Traffic Police Azerbaijan investigates the case," - said in the report.
