Although the lawyer filed a petition to call Hidayat Orujov, the chairman of the State Committee for Religious Organizations, to the court as a witness, to make a report to the court about the last three arrested persons on this case, to get permission to sound azan during praying time and to submit an instruction on suspension of the mosque to the court, the court made a decision only on fulfillment of the latter.
After resuming activity of the mosque, cameras will be installed around it and measures will be taken for protection of the mosque, the deputy chief said.
