Afghanistan, Kabul, Jan. 18 / Trend , A. Hakimi/ Afghan security forces detained a car laden explosives in Kandahar; southern province of Afghanistan.
According to security official in this province, the car was going to be exploded simultaneously with Kabul and Nangarhar province.
The person who was driving the car confessed the crime.
