The Ministry of National Security of Azerbaijan prevented heinous crime planned to be committed by police chief.
According to the initial agreement, in April and May of this year, citizens of Azerbaijan Agamirov Ibrahim, Guliyev Bulud, Jalilov Shahbaz, and Alekperov Alakbar tried to set fire to blow up the property of resident of the Ashagi Avshar village of Agjabedi district Fizuli Rustamov, and as well as prepared murder of Rustamov, center for public relations of the Ministry told Trend on May 8.
It was made clear that the chief of the investigation department of Agjabedi district police station, major Ibrahim Agamirov was at enmity with Rustamov, and decided to avenge him. It was decided to set fire and blow up the filling station "Yahya Petrol" owned Rustamov, causing significant damage, later kill him.
For this purpose, Agamirov prepared residents of Agjabedi district Bulud Guliyev to ignite and blow up the filling station, and later kill Rustamov. Bulud Guliyev is the head of the legal department of the executive power of Agjabedi.
In Baku Guliyev met with formerly accused Shahbaz Jalilov, who was to ignite and blow up the filling station and kill Rustamov. During the arson and explosion, Guliyev promised $3,000, and for murder - $10,000.
Jalilov told his friend formerly accused Alakparov Alakbar about the order and the reward. He promised $2,000 to Alakparov.
Guliyev and Alekperov agreed to burn and explode the filling station on May 2 at 01:03.
As a result of operational measures taken by the officials of the Ministry of National Security, the crime was prevented. Criminals were detained.
Shahbaz Jalilov voluntarily presented a Makarov pistol, a store for weapons and 20 bullets hidden in the apartment of his brother Elshan Jalilov living in Baku.
In own apartment of Jalilov, was withdrawn 14 bullets for sub-machine gun, in apartment of Alekperov - one RQD-5 grenade, one UZRQM grenade and $500, which was given by Bulud Guliyev to fulfill the order.
Criminal case was filed on the fact under the Criminal Code: article 120.2.1. (crime committed by a group of individuals, group of persons acting in conspiracy, an organized group or criminal association (criminal organization); 120.2.5. (a crime committed due to mercenary, as well as to the use of organs or tissues of the victim), 186.2 .1. (causing major damage to the victim); 186.2.2. (commit a crime through arson, explosion or other way resulting in serious consequences) - shall be punished with imprisonment from three to seven years.
Ibrahim Agamirov, Bulud Guliyev, Shahbaz Jalilov and Alakbar Alakbarov were detained and imprisoned.
