Ilyas Ismayilov, the chairman of the Adalat Party (Justice), ballots from the Tovuz-Kazakh-Agstafa constituency 106, but not from the �Democratic Azerbaijan’ bloc, Trend reports. He took signing lists on 9 August.
The Adalat Party is a member of the �Democratic Azerbaijan’ bloc and the candidates of the party are included in the list of the bloc. But Ismayilov decided to ballot independently to speed up his participation at the lections.
Sabir Rustankhanli, another member of the �Democratic Azerbaijan’ bloc, completed collection of signatures on 9 August.
