The political board of the Azerbaijan National Independence Party (ANIP) call on Ali Aliyev, regarded himself as the chairman of the same-name party, to debates, Ayaz Rustamov, the acting chairman of ANIPs group led by Etibar Mammadov, told Trend.
Rustamov also said that he also came out with such proposal, but Aliyev refused from participation in the debates. He is not eligible to use the name of the chairman of the party. We invite Aliyev to lively debates with participation of community to clarify the issues, he added.
Rustamov noted that Aliyev deceived chairmen of some regional branches and invited to the congress held by him. During the visit of the Secretary General of the party to the southern region on 12 February the chairman of the Lerik regional branch was deceived by Aliyev and called to the congress. Aliyev reported that Etibar Mammadov would also participate in the congress. He managed to deceive chairmen of the four regional branches into participation in the congress by this way, Rustamov stressed.
