ASTANA, Kazakhstan, January 8. Russia has approved the extension of the agreement on trade and economic cooperation with Kazakhstan, within the framework of which 1.12 million tons of oil products can be supplied from Russia to Kazakhstan in 2025 without paying export customs duties, Trend reports.
Just before the end of 2024, Russia extended the quotas for duty-free supplies of 1.12 million tons of petroleum products to Kazakhstan for 2025. This includes 285,000 tons of gasoline, including RON-92 (240,000 tons), RON-95 (40,000 tons), and RON-98 (5,000 tons); 450,000 tons of diesel fuel; and 300,000 tons of aviation kerosene.
To note, an agreement was reached for the export of 225,000 tons of RON-92 and RON-95 gasoline from the "Kondensat" refinery outside the EAEU. Restrictions on the export of petroleum products for other producers in Kazakhstan will remain in place.
