A new cottage will be built in the capital of Turkmenistan – Ashgabat, Trend reports with reference to the Business Turkmenistan information portal.
The territory of 30 hectares was divided into 30 plots, 10 of which will soon be built up with two-story cottages. According to the plan, 4 types of cottages will be built.
In addition to cottages, it is planned to set up restaurants and cafeterias, outdoor pools and water parks, sports and children's playgrounds, on each plot.
The construction of a complex and the entire recreation infrastructure along the coastline is scheduled to be completed in 2024.
