Turkmenistan will participate in the Shanghai 2010 Expo.
The country's participation is being discussed by the Turkmen Trade and Industry Chamber and Bureau of Shanghai World Expo Coordination.
The Shanghai 2010 Expo will take place on May 1 to Oct. 31, 2010. The theme is "Better City, Better Life." Exhibits will demonstrate the common desire of mankind to afford better living in urban environments.
Shanghai authorities say roughly 70 million people will visit the exhibition over 184 days. Nearly 20,000 events will be held as a part of the exhibition.
