The Industry Ministry of Turkmenistan announced Apr. 24 an international tender.
The tender is for the construction of a quarry for extraction of large blocks, to be used to produce coating materials, at the Gayaly field of the Turkmenbashi district of the country's Balkan region.
The companies that have the ability to create a joint venture or invest in the project are invited to take part in the tender.
The participation in the tender costs $1,000.
The tender documents will be accepted in two envelopes: the commercial offer (the envelope should contain only pricing specification) and the technical offer (the envelope with the technical offer includes all the other necessary documents).
The tender will be held until May 21, 2015.
