The State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) announced a tender to select a main contractor on turnkey construction a carbamide fertilizers plant in Sumgait, the company said on Friday.
The plant will produce ammonium and carbamide. The plant will also deal with carbamide granulation.
Interested persons are required to submit a written application and other documents to SOCAR, after which participants will receive a basic conditions collection within 10 workdays. A participant should pay participation payment worth $ 30,000 euros by transfer to get the basic conditions collection until Sept.15, 2011.
