The dates of the preparatory sittings on the case of the dismissed Azerbaijani employees of PCH Offshore were determined, Jahangir Aliyev, the head of the Republican Trade Unions Committee of Oil and Gas Industry Employees (RTUCOGIE), told Trend .
The 1st sitting of the Sabail court on the suit by Samir Nabiyev will be held on 20 February, 2nd by Vusal Jafarov - on 24 February. The suit on the case of Anar Badalov is not considered in relation to absence of the complaint by him.
The major request of the plaintiffs is return to previous jobs.
The initiator is the Committee, which also solves financial aspects of the issue, Aliyev stressed.
The lawyer of PCH Offshore Mehman Sultanov told Trend that dismissal of these people was related to work reduction in the framework of the projects.
