(Kazinform) - The highest administrative post of Secretary of State appointed by the Head of the State should be introduced into central state bodies. It will provide stability of their staffs work, Kazakh leader Nursultan Nazarbayev has said today a regular session of Kazakh Parliament, reports Trend.
Secretary of state will control all inner affairs of a state agency that will enable the chief decision makers to turn attention to development of policy and strategic issues.
According to the President, within the framework of administrative reform there will be introduced mechanisms of work assessment of administrative public officers and worked out a mechanism of their rotation between center and regions.
