Russian President Dmitry Medvedev on Sunday rescinded an agreement on allowing gas monitors to inspect gas pipelines in Ukraine, citing a violation by Kiev, dpa reported.
Medvedev's move has further delayed the resumption of the flow of gas through Ukraine to Europe.
