Afghanistan, Kabul, 3 September/ Trend , corr A. Hakimi/ A total of 500 US military men have died since the beginning of military operations in Afghanistan in 2001, CNN channel of US reported.
The death cases of US military men in Afghanistan have increased in June and August of the current year. Thus, 28 US military men died in June and 22 in July. A total of 940 military men died from the coalition forces in Afghanistan. Some 100 of them are British soldiers.
Though the government built by Taliban rebels was overthrown after US attack on Afghanistan, they still exercise control over some regions of the country.
