BAKU, Azerbaijan, November 8. A military parade dedicated to the fifth anniversary of the Victory in the Patriotic War was held in Baku, Trend reports.
The parade was commanded by the First Deputy Minister of Defense - Chief of the General Staff of the Azerbaijan Army, Colonel General Karim Valiyev, holder of the "Victory" and "Karabakh" orders.
Today, Azerbaijan celebrates November 8 - Victory Day.
According to the decree "On the Establishment of Victory Day in the Republic of Azerbaijan," signed by President Ilham Aliyev on December 3, 2020, Victory Day is celebrated annually in Azerbaijan on November 8.
