Mikhael Popkov has been appointed an Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Latvia to Azerbaijan, Trend reports citing BNS.
On 1 November the President of Latvia is going to present credentials to the newly appointed Ambassador of Latvia to Azerbaijan, Mikhael Popkov.
