The Georgian border guards detained the "WIGEON" ship flying under the Cypriot flag for sea pollution.
The ship was detained at the eighth berth of the Poti Port on March 27.
Administrative proceedings were launched against Captain Igor Renznichenko, a Ukrainian citizen.
