The Congress of World Azerbaijan (CWA) delegation has arrived in Turkey, the Chairman of the CWA Assembly, Sabir Rustamkhanli, informed Trend.
Rustamkhanli stressed that the delegation, headed by the CWA Chairman, Javid Derehti, will hold a number of meetings in Ankara and Istanbul. In Ankara they will meet with senior officials and representatives of several Ministries, the new Turkish Ambassador to Azerbaijan and Azerbaijan Ambassador to Turkey. On 1 December, CWA will hold a conference dedicated to the situation in South Azerbaijan. The meeting will bring together scientists from Azerbaijan and Turkey, Parliament Deputies as well as other dignitaries.
In addition, it is planned to hold a meeting with NGOs and media. The meetings will be attended by two deputies of the Azerbaijani Parliament, Chairman of CWA Women's Council, Havva Mammadova and Chairman of CWA Assembly, Sabir Rustamkhanli.
