Vladimir Putin proposed Ukraine to share risks of gas delivery, as well as forming consortium, RIA Novosti reported.
Putin stated that Ukraine has rejected proposal of gas delivery to Europe. He added that Ukraine faces no obstacle, however, there is only one obstacle that it is the non-existence of technological gas.
