Kazakhstan's Altynalmas AK company has acquired Kazakhstan’s AAEngineering Group, trend reports citing the Altynalmas AK company.
Thus, Altynalmas AK company has purchased the 100 percent share in the AAEngineering Group becoming its sole shareholder.
AK Altynalmas JSC performs operations on subsoil use in a variety of gold ore objects. These objects are deposits of the Akbakai region in the Zhambyl area and the Pustynnoye deposit and Karyernyi site in the Karaganda area.
AAEngineering Group is a contractor in the mining and metals market.
The company carries out the design, construction and renovation of industrial facilities of any degree of complexity, using advanced technologies in the field of information modeling, as well as competent supervision of the author and technical supervision, and the experience gained has given skill in general project management.
