Azerbaijan, Baku, 13 March / Trend / On 12-13 March, the 13th meeting of the project working group on transport and crossing of borders within the framework of Special Program for the Economies of Central Asia (SPECA) took place in Almaty, Kazakhstan's Transport and Communications Ministry reported.
The representatives of transport and customs bodies of SPECA countries, of regional offices, international organizations and financial institutions were in attendance.
The SPECA countries are Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan.
Four working groups function within the framework of SPECA - on water and energy resources, on transport and crossing of borders, on trade, and on ICT.
