A branch of the British petrochemical company, Tracerco Limited, was registered at the Azerbaijani Tax Ministry, the ministry's official Web site reported.
Tracerco offers diagnostic services and tool solutions for industrial processes.
The company is a subsidiary of Johnson Matthey and offers products that enable clients to improve their production rate, cut their expenses and increase their conformity with economic requirements.
British citizen Andrew Christopher is the country's representative in Azerbaijan.
The company was registered at the Tax Ministry on Dec. 22.
