One of the biggest world banks - U.S JPMorgan bank forecasts average price for gas in the amount of $205.41 per 1,000 cubic meters in 2010. Earlier the bank forecasted the price in the amount of $239,343 per 1,000 cubic meters.
Maximal price for gas will be observed in the amount of $225,625 per 1,000 cubic meters in the fourth quarter of 2010, minimal price in the amount of $189,525 in the second quarter, the bank's experts said.
According to forecasts of the bank's analysts, average price for gas will hit $163,172 per 1,000 cubic meters in 2009 compared to $186,276 forecasted by the bank earlier. Price for gas will hit $193,135 per 1,000 cubic meters in the last quarter of 2009.
Forecasts of prices for gas reduced given great dependence from the world economic situation, the report of U.S bank's analysts said.
"We expect reduction of gas production in 2010 but increase of liquefied natural gas import," the report said.
