-submit a written application (applications are not accepted from the companies that are registered or have bank accounts in offshore jurisdictions,) to participate in the tender, indicating full name, legal status, country of registration and details;
- Become acquainted with the rules on the competitive selection of suppliers of material and technical products for the oil and gas complexes of Turkmenistan;
- receive the specification of the lot and technical requirements;
-obtain tender documents by paying $230 (two hundred
thirty) per lot;
Bids will be received up to 05.03.2012, at 16.00pm local time.
The account for money transfers will be specified after submitting a written application.
Packages with Tender Bids must be delivered to the above address since the publication of the notice and accepted for consideration after receipt of funds in the account.
