Azerneftyag oil refinery plants of the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) prolonged the tender on purchase of devices and spares for plants ELOU-A VT-2 в"- 202, 305 and Bituroks 401 by 21 calendar days, Trend reports. The reason is the companies do not show interest in the tender.
Only one German company presented bids. “It the second tender on similar purchase. The first one was not take place due to shortage of participants. The current tender was announced on 18 November, unsealing was scheduled for 28 December. It requires participation of at least 3 companies. Therefore, we decided to prolong the tender,” he stressed.
Interested companies are due to submit their bids to the plant till 18 January 2006.
The bids will be unsealed on 19 January.
