The President of Kyrgyzstan Kurmanbek Bakiev received over 5,000 letters from citizens in 2008, the president's administration press service reported.
Most of the letters to the president contained requests of various types, such as granting material support and housing problems settling, reported 24.kg.
Many complain about electricity supply restrictions and court decisions.
"However, some citizens offer certain strategies to improve situation in this or that field," the press service added.
