BAKU, Azerbaijan, June 3. Kyrgyz Stock Exchange's trading volume significantly increased in May 2022 compared to April 2022, Trend reports with reference to the monthly review of the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange.
Trading volume on the Kyrgyz Stock Exchange amounted to 276.6 million soms ($3.4 million) in May 2022 – which is twice more compared to 97.6 million soms ($1.2 million) in the previous month of 2022.
The total amount of trading on the primary market in May 2022 reached 258.1 million soms ($3.2 million), which is an increase of 178.7 percent compared to 92.6 million soms ($1.1 million) in April 2022.
Meanwhile, on the secondary market, the trading volume in the reporting month totaled 18 million soms ($226,451) in May 2022, which is 3.5 times more compared to 5 million soms ($62,893) in the previous month of 2022.
