BAKU, Azerbaijan, June 20. The total amount of transactions at the auctions of the State Commodity and Raw Material Exchange of Turkmenistan amounted to about $23.1 million last week, Trend reports via “Business Turkmenistan” news agency.
Entrepreneurs from the UAE and Afghanistan purchased polypropylene and aviation kerosene produced by the Turkmenbashi complex of oil refineries (TCOR).
At the same time, representatives of the business circles of Turkiye and Afghanistan purchased refined gasoline. Also, businessmen from the US purchased carbon black produced at the Turkmenhimiya State Concern.
Businessmen from Turkiye, the UAE, Kazakhstan and India purchased cotton yarn for a total of about 8.8 million Turkmen manats ($2.5 million).
A total of 24 transactions were registered at the auctions of the State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan last week.
