One of the doctors treating Syrian Minister Mohammed Shaar at the American University Hospital (AUH) stressed during a phone call with NNA that Minister Shaar is in a stable condition.
"Minister Shaar is in a stable condition, sustaining burns and shrapnel and will not need surgery... He needs observation and treatment," a doctor at AUH said.
