There is no coalition in Ukraine's Parliament with 226 votes (minimun votes required for approval of any decision at the parliament), Viktor Yushchenko said in an intrview to Inter TV Channel.

Dec. 9, after a few months of majority absence at Ukraine's Pariament, there was announced ceation of a coalition consisting of Yulia Tymoshenko's Bloc, pro-presidential faction Our Ukraine - People's Self Defense (NUNS) and Litvin's Bloc. Dec. 16, the factions signed a coalition agreement. A total of 37 of 72 delegates from NUNS joined the coalition. After that, Vyacheslav Kyrylenko, faction's leader, resigned because his faction had not pay attention to the president's opinion, who did not support the coalition. Although the coalition was legalized, actually it has maximum 214 mandates instead of 226 (of 450) required.

"This coalition is a flyer, created with a corruption mechanism," Yushchenko said.

Former coalition of Yulia Tymoshenko's Bloc and NUNS disintegrated at the beginning of September.
