BAKU, Azerbaijan, November 6. Türkiye increased its steel exports abroad by 9 percent from January through October 2024 compared to the same period last year, bringing them to $13.5 million, the statement of the Turkish Trade Ministry said, Trend reports.
“In October 2024, Turkish steel exports to global markets grew by 4.3 percent compared to the same month in 2023 and amounted to $1.2 million,” the statement noted.
Türkiye exported $16 million worth of steel products in the last 12 months (from October 2023 through October 2024), according to the statement.
