Ukraine, Kiev, Dec. 26 /corr. Trend Z.Novsvitski / Inter-Parliamentary Assembly of the Supreme Rada of Ukraine and Parliament of Azerbaijan is possible to be established in 2009, Ukrainian MP Eduard Zeynalov, head of group for inter-parliamentary relations with Azerbaijan, told Trend .

"We will begin to move this work forward. A constant political crisis in Ukraine does not make it possible to plan work. Firstly the Parliament is dissolved, then is not dissolved. Now, I think that after the adoption of budget, stabilization of situation will appear, and we will again go in this way," said Zeynalov.

For the second time, the MP is the initiator of establishment of Inter-Parliamentary Assembly. In 2006-2007, this work was not completed because of the pre-term dissolution of the Ukrainian Parliament by the President.

Today inter-parliamentary assembly of Supreme Rada of Ukraine has already been established with Seym of Lithuania and Seym and Senate of Poland. In addition, Ukraine-NATO Inter-Parliamentary Council has been established.

Inter-parliamentary assemblies are established with the parliaments of the countries - strategic partners for closer co-operation.
