We have to declare an end to the era of empty promises - Barac Obama

"We will respond to each of these calls", - he said.

"We have to declare end to the era of empty promises that have choked our economy.", - added Obama.

Obama, a senator from Illinois, won the presidential elections held in the U.S. on 4 November, followed by December 15, he was elected president of the panel of electors. Past inauguration is seen as the most expensive in U.S. history.
