The Law on Administrative Execution will be discussed at the Business Hour show on the Public Television station on April 1.

The discussions will be attended by Parliamentary Administrative and Military Legislation Department Deputy Chief Sayyad Karimov, Senior Advisor Ilgar Jafarov, lawyer Elchin Usub and Lower Saxony Justice Ministry Election Judges Committee head Thomas Herrmann, the German Technical Cooperation Society (GTZ) reported to Trend .

The Law on Administrative Execution is aimed at protecting the rights of citizens while dealing with public authorities. The act defines the duties and responsibilities of government agencies dealing with the complaints and appeals of citizens, forbids administrative agencies to deny physical and legal persons legal aid and argues that everyone is equal before the law.

The law will come into force on Jan. 1, 2010.

An administrative code be adopted before the law.

Judges are trained to try administrative disputes fairly.

The law passed during a second reading in the parliament.
