Ukrainian airway company to launch Kiev-Ashgabat-Kiev flight in spring

The Ukrainian Windrose company will launch Kiev-Ashgabat-Kiev flights on April 27, the company said.

The flights will initially be made once per week and twice per week as of June.

One-way tickets will cost $320, excluding airport tariffs. 

"Opening flights from Ukraine to Central Asia is a major aspect of our company's strategy," the press release quoted Windrose President Vladimir Kamenchuk as saying.

Windrose said the flights will be filled by members of the Ukrainian diaspora in Central Asia, businessmen and students.  

Windrose was founded in 2003 and flies charter routes to Ukraine's regions, Turkey and Russia.
