Turkey's Industrial Production Index increased by 4.2 percent in March 2014 compared to the same month in 2013, according to the Turkish Statistics Institute report.
The Turkish IPI made up 3.1 percent in the energy sector for the reported period, and this figure of IPI is the maximum, the report said.
The report also noted that the Turkish IPI increased by 4.9 percent in February, 2014 compared to the same month in 2013.
