During the five months (March 21-August 22) of this Iranian year (started March 21, 2019), foreign investments worth $618.7 million have been approved for Iran’s industrial, mining and trade projects, reads a report of the Iranian Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade, Trend reports citing IRNA.
The report says that foreign investments are related to 37 projects. The value of approved investments shows an increase of 7 percent compared to the same period last year, according to the report.
In the same period last year, 32 projects were approved.
In its previous report, the Iran’s Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade said that in four months (March 21-July 22), investments worth $554.4 million were approved in Iran’s industrial, mining and trade sector.
