Azerbaijan, Baku / Trend / The State Committee for Securities registered the issue prospectus of ordinary registered book-entry stocks of "Gunaybank" OJSC.
The volume of the issue is AZN 3mln, with a face value per stock at AZN 4,000. According to the issue prospectus, placement will be held by means of the public subscription method at the Baku Stock Exchange.
"Azerigasbank" OJSC will be the underwriter of the placement of the stocks.
Those intending to purchase stocks can apply to an organization being a member of the "Baku Stock Exchange" CJSC and having a brokerage license.
