Security officials in Badghis province reported that security forces have killed 13 Taliban militants in this province.
Local Official in the region Niaz Yar said that Taliban overnight attacked on house of a local elder.
Taliban have killed the elder and his bride, meanwhile, security forces came to the scene of incident, he added.
During fighting between Taliban and security forces 13 Taliban insurgent and a civilian have been killed and 5 injured.
The fighting took place in the Mughor district of Badghis province.
