BAKU, Azerbaijan, January 12. Azerbaijan has made changes to the leadership of its Intergovernmental Commission with Latvia, which oversees economic, scientific, and cultural cooperation between the two countries, Trend reports.
President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, signed a decree appointing the country’s Minister of Agriculture as Azerbaijan’s co-chair of the commission.
The position was previously held by the nation's Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources.
