Today, on September 21, a meeting of the Permanent Commission of the Milli Majlis (Parliament) for Regional Issues has been held, the press-service of the Azerbaijani Parliament told Trend.
Chairman of the Commission Arif Rahimzadeh informed about issues to be in the agenda. He also told that the work plan of the autumn`s session of the Commission includes 12 issuesРІ. In addition, the Commission will express its opinion toward drafts which will be submitted to the Parliament by the Azerbaijani President in accordance with the legislative leadership.
Then, the draft On Moving Alterations and Changings to Several Legislative Enactments in connection with the applying of the law On Family Agriculture was discussed. It was pointed out that in connection with the this law applying, some alterations are envisaged to be moved to the Water Code, Administrative Infringements Code, Family Code, and the law On Status of Municipalities of Azerbaijan Republic.
The drafts were recommended to be included to the autumn`s session of the Milli Majlis.
