An international conference Mutual relations between Constitutional Court and General Courts, organized by the Azerbaijan Constitutional Court and the Venice Committee of the Council of Europe, is expected to be held in Baku on November 9-10, the Press-Service of the Constitutional Court told Trend today.
Judges of the Constitutional Courts of Russia, Germany, Belgium, as well as representatives of the Presidential Administration of Azerbaijan, Milli Majlis, Justice Ministry and other State Bodies of the Country are expected to participate in the forthcoming event.
In addition, Franco Bielini, Chairman of the Italian Constitutional Court, who will visit Azerbaijan on November 10-12, is also expected to take part in the work of the conference. During his visit, Mr. Bielini is expected to hold meeting with Azerbaijani officials.
