Only after each Hungarian jurisdiction body makes their decision on the case of Officer of the Azerbaijan Army Ramil Safarov, who was sentenced to life imprisonment, an issue on extraditing him to the motherland might be viewed, Andrash Bragyova, a Judge of the Hungarian Constitutional Court told journalists, Trend reports.

He pointed out that the Hungarian media paid a lot attention to the issue of Ramil Safarov. The Judge also pointed out that when making a decision on the case of Mr. Safarov, the bodies of the Hungarian Supreme Court should take into consideration the reasons that forced him to commit that crime. I hope that our judges pay their attention while making a decision said Mr. Bragyova.

He also expressed his attitude on whether the courts decision depended on a pressure of the Armenian Lobby during making a decision on the case of the Azerbaijani officer. I do not believe that during the decision process, the Hungarian court was under pressure of either the Armenian Diaspora or lobby, he said.
